Heather, founder of BodiesbyHeather & owner of The Barefoot Gym, is currently accepting remote clients for nutrition and personal training. She is operating off of a waitlist for in-person clients, but she does offer form checks for locals who want to gain confidence in their own gyms!
Brad is currently running bootcamps several days/week, is accepting in house personal training clients and just added a stretch class to his offerings.
Ember is currently accepting in-house personal training and partner sessions, and is running a small group strength training class which is a great fit if you want to learn how to lift in a safe and inclusive space.
Limited to 5-7 individuals for a safe and attentive experience.




Cold exposure can boost your immune system, improve circulation, help with depression, boost your metabolism, relieve localized pain and reduce inflammation & muscle soreness. That’s not to mention some of the amazing mental strength/clarity it can bring to individuals. Whether you want to change your inner dialogue or just recover faster after your workouts, we’ve got you covered with out cold plunge tanks!
Join us for monthly evets where we will lead you through a guided Wim-Hof breathe-work series followed by a cold plunge. We feel that the best way to face the cold is with a supportive community and we look forward to these sessions so much!

We also offer punch cards for our members so that they can hop in and out of the tubs after their workouts or during our open hours.
